We are seeking an ambitious Business Manager to lead our EV charger business. As a key player in Harju Elekter Group’s growth, you will develop and execute business strategies that drive our EV charger business forward.

In this role you will:
Manage all aspects of the EV charger business, including:
Development and implementation of business strategies
Create and execute strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.Oversee daily operations
Manage sales, marketing, and customer service activities.Business development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.P&L responsibility
Oversee the P&L performance of the EV charger business, ensuring financial targets are met.

What we expect from you:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, electrical engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in business management, preferably in the EV or renewable energy sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent strategic planning and organizational abilities.
You will be leading our EV business segment and reporting directly to the Group Management Team.
📍 While the position offers flexibility in terms of location, it is expected to be situated near one of our major production facilities in Estonia or Finland.
