We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to lead our business development and new customer acquisition initiatives. As the catalyst for Harju Elekter Group's growth and expansion, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing opportunities that drive our business forward. You will be in charge of the entire business development process, from prospecting and relationship-building to deal closure. 🚀

Manage the entire business development process, from prospecting and relationship-building to deal closure, including:
➡ Market research and analysis – determining market segments with high potential.
➡ Lead generation – building and maintaining robust pipeline of prospects.
➡ Customer engagement and proposal development – understanding customer needs and developing suitable proposals based on Harju Elekter product and service portfolio.
➡ Sales and account management – maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers by identifying new cooperation opportunities.
➡ Proven B2B sales experience.
➡ A degree in (electrical)engineering or industry experience.
➡ Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
➡ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
➡ Willingness and availability to travel within Europe.
You will be an integral part of our Global Sales team, reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, Tiit Luman.
While the position offers flexibility in terms of location, it is expected to be situated near one of our major production facilities (Finland, Estonia, Sweden or Lithuania). 📍
